If you feel you are having difficulty logging into the site,

Delete the files in your browser cache and remove all cookies.
This is done in IE by accessing the tools menu, selecting 'Internet Options' and

Web Site area and clicking the 'Allow' button then pressing the OK button below
Press 'OK' again to close the Internet Options dialog box
Close all browser windows (IE), open IE up again and proceed to the login page and sign on to the website again
